If you have an upcoming testing appointment scheduled with NaviSure Health, see what to expect below:

Important Notes:

  1. Please bring government issued photo ID.
  2. Note that testing can take up to 2 hours to complete, please plan your schedule accordingly.
  3. If you have been/are ill, please notify us and we will reschedule you if necessary.
  4. Arrive 10-15 minutes early for testing to complete required paperwork

Review the scheduled tests above and read only the applicable reminders below:

Once photo ID is verified, candidates will receive paperwork to fill out. This paperwork includes a consent form which allows NaviSure to perform testing, and provide the results to your employer/potential employer. Candidates booked in for a private test will have an alternate consent form which has a spot where candidates can indicate where they would like the results to be sent. Dependent on type of testing booked, candidates may also be required to fill out forms disclosing prescription or over the counter drugs that are currently being used, and questions pertaining to the candidate’s past medical history.

Once paperwork is complete, candidates may not leave the testing facility, until testing is complete. If you choose to leave the testing facility, it will be indicated as a refusal to test.
